• 'Lynn Valley Village Concert Series'

  This Friday July 30th, Dynamics play R&B and soul music from the 60's and 70's. They deliver high-energy dance music that gets audiences on their feet, dancing andshouting for more. • Munch Patio Date Night is back!! Every Friday and Saturday 5pm-close all summer long. Call and reserve a table on the patio and a nanny for $7 per child. Nanny charge only applicable for patio diners. Children must be 2 and above. Call 604 980 3287 or email helloATmunchrestaurant.com

• Nanny Nights are now FREE* and a huge hit! Every Friday and Saturday 5pm til close and Reservations reccomended.
  *Free for interior diners only, patio diners charged $7 per child. We are the only restaurant that provides a resident Nanny to help supervise the children in our play area. Munch is now even more convenient for parents, family AND friends to socialize with great food, some amazing wines and some well-deserved time together.   Adam Y- I was just in and met weekend nanny Alana (?sp) this evening. She was great with all the children. Very interactive and attentive but more than just keeping an eye on the kids, she provided the guidance to help them interact with each other respectfully and in a way that would fit well with anyones parental methods. We're very happy with the atmosphere you've created! I was equally impressed with tonight's meal. Beef tenderloin, crimini mushrooms and scallions prepared in pinot noir with smashed Yukon potatoes. Daylen had fresh fruit and milk intermittently whilst running about the play area. The chef, recognizing me from my last visit, stopped by to ask how my dinner compared to last time when - he pointed out, I had ordered the Charred organic Beef Tenderloin... Good memory! Both outstanding experiences!

  While visiting in the Lower Mainland from our home in Kamloops, we made a point of dining at Munch…easily the BEST meal I have had in years ie “top of the line”. My daughter had an absolute blast playing with the toys. What an incredibly relaxed atmosphere. I’d reccommend Munch to anyone looking for a special family meal.
